Vessel in the Form of a Saurian Deity

This zoomorphic vessel that closely resembles a bat, stands erect in a beautiful red-orange tone, which sets off the symmetry of the earthenware vessel. Both the arms and legs are delicate, requiring the need of a third support to balance the body of the vessel. The face of the animal has been placed on the neck of the vessel, allowing the proportions to be balanced.
