This has a total of 24 lines of Sumerian cuneiform on obverse and reverse, also cylinder seal impressions on the reverse above the date and on upper, lower and left- hand edges. It is dated to the first year of Zambiya, king of Isin in southern Mesopotamia c. 1833 B. C.

Translation:

1/2 a musar, 3 iku, a built-on plot, more or less, near enough(?), plot of Eribunish, adjacent to the plot of Warad-Damu: 16 shekels of silver were weighed out as its full price. Ilum-tayyar, son of Iddin-Ishtar purchased it from Eribunish. In the future Eribunish and as many heirs as there may be may not claim the plot. He swore by the king.

In the presence of Ili-iddinashu, son of Hussusi Warad-Erra, son of Salli Nur-Shamash, son or Erra-bani Enlil-nada, son of Laliya Imgur-Shamash, son of Sha…… Sin-Shemi, son of Puzur-Kakka

The tablet is in very good condition with only a few small spots of surface damage.
