The coins were found in Jerusalem, Israel.
These genuine Ancient Roman coins have been mounted on a modern 18 karat gold necklace. The individual coins consist of the following emperors: Maximianus (286-310 A.D.); Probus (276-282 A.D.); Constans (337-350 A.D.); Aurelian (270-275 A.D.); and Diocletian (284- 305 A.D.).
The citizens of the Roman Empire who first held and used these coins were witness to an exciting age, a time of turbulence and change. The drama of those times is reflected in this stunning necklace: to put it on is to wear history. Unique adornment for a woman who doesn’t mind a little excitement in her own life.
