This lively female llama, slightly smaller than her male counterpart, wears a halter around her head, suggesting her status as a beast of burden. She has a very ladylike demeanor, aloof and proud, which transcends the comic roundness of her form. Although the artist has chosen a fairly naive mode of expression for this creature, it is evident that he has studied the llama closely, for he has caught its personality perfectly.
